Boston Dynamics, the company you likely know from a whole slow of robotic videos that have slowly seeped into every corner of the internet, has released brand new footage of what they're calling "the next generation" of Atlas.

Atlas, according to the video's description, "is specialized for mobile manipulation." This robot "uses sensors in its body and legs to balance and LIDAR and stereo sensors in its head to avoid obstacles, assess the terrain, help with navigation and manipulate objects."

You'll see Atlas pick up boxes and move them. You'll also see Atlas teased by one of the engineers at Boston Dynamics. Atlas will remember that, surely.
