The newest chunk of downloadable content for Borderlands 2 is out today for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms. This time around, Gearbox has created the perfectly themed "Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt."

You'll need to wait for the stores to update, of course, so the content might not be out as you're reading this post. The PlayStation Network, for instance, updates sometime in the late afternoon EST.

This DLC was already paid for if you were among the Borderlands 2 fans who picked up the game's season pass. If not, the DLC sells for $10. You can still buy the season pass, by the way. That costs $30, but it will get you all of the DLC for the game.

On a completely unrelated note, I've been told by two separate writers here at TechnoBuffalo that they've purchased Borderlands 2 with the explicit idea of joining me for co-op. Without naming names, they haven't called me. This is where depression settles in.
