BLU might not have the brand recognition of bigger companies such as Samsung and Apple, but the American phone-maker has carved out a nice niche for itself selling budget-friendly unlocked smartphones. At the high-end, BLU’s Studio 6.0 LTE packs a 6-inch 1080p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage and a 3200mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and comes in black or white for $279 unlocked.

Next up is the Studio 5.0 LTE, which offers a 5-inch 720p display. It also packs the same processor and cameras as its bigger brother, along with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage and a 2200mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and costs $200 unlocked from Amazon.

Finally, there’s the Studio Mini LTE, which comes equipped with a 4.5-inch 480 x 854-pixel display, a Snapdragon 400 processor, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage with microSD support and an 1850mAh battery. It runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, though you’ll be able to upgrade to Android 4.4, and costs $119 on Amazon.
