FedEx just swung by and dropped off AT&T’s latest Windows Phone, the Samsung Focus 2. The phone is Samsung’s first 4G LTE-enabled Windows Phone and offers a similar feature set to the Focus S. It’s equipped with a 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, a 1.4GHz single-core processor, an 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and a front-facing camera for video chat. The phone is available in a glossy white color and has white glowing menu buttons at the bottom, a feature we love, and is about as compact as the Focus Flash but with better data capabilities than the larger Focus S smartphone. As we’ve found with all Super AMOLED screens, the colors are vibrant and pop off the screen but the display can be a bit difficult to view under direct sunlight unless it’s set to its very brightest setting. The Focus 2 will be available soon for just $49.99 with a new two year contract. You’ll miss out on the exclusive Lumia apps available on the Lumia 900, which costs $99.99, but you’ll also save yourself $50 with a Focus 2 purchase. We’ll bring you a full review shortly so for now enjoy the full gallery below.
