In addition to updates issued to both the T-Mobile and Sprint variations of the Moto X, AT&T appears to be next in line. Last week, users began receiving software that promised to greatly improve the Moto X’s camera, which until now hasn’t performed up to standards set by other competing devices.

The detailed enhancements coming to the AT&T iteration does indeed mention camera improvements, with better auto-white balance and color accuracy among the changes. Other features being addressed include Motorola Assist, improved voice calling and enhanced touchless controls.

As of now, an apparent soak test is underway, with no word on when an official rollout will commence. Either way, AT&T Moto X owners can rest easy knowing camera improvements are just around the corner.
