The BlackBerry Z10 will reportedly make its U.S. debut on AT&T on March 15. The news comes out of N4BB on Wednesday, which didn’t provide any word on when T-Mobile or Verizon are planning to carry the device. Sprint has already confirmed that it’s going to wait until the BlackBerry Q10 and will pass on the Z10.

BlackBerry first unveiled the device during a press event in New York City in January, but carrier approvals delayed the phone’s launch in the United States. The company needs to move quickly, however, because HTC and Samsung both have major flagships — the One and the oft-rumored Galaxy S IV — that are also about to hit store shelves.
