AT&T on Monday officially announced that it will soon offer the Sony Xperia TL. The Xperia TL is based on Sony’s Arc and Arc S smartphones and features a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 4G LTE support, a 13-megapixel camera, a 4.6-inch display with an HD resolution, a 720p front-facing camera and NFC support. The Xperia TL will launch with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and AT&T promises it will be upgraded to Jelly Bean at some point. Oh, and it will also ship with exclusive content from the new James Bond Skyfall movie.
Neither AT&T nor Sony provided a launch date or pricing details, but we’re betting the carrier gets this phone out before the holiday season. Let’s just hope it has better battery life than the Xperia ion.
