AT&T continued to expand its 4G LTE network across the U.S. today, rolling out service to eight new regions to blow past the 400 mark for total LTE markets across the country.

As of today, AT&T now offers high-speed 4G LTE service in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; Marysville, California; Carson City, Nevada; San Angelo, Texas; Statesboro, Georgia; Joplin, Missouri; Bellingham, Washington; and Portsmouth, Ohio.

AT&T is still trailing behind Verizon, which launched it 500th market back in June. However, when it comes to internet speeds, AT&T may have the edge. The carrier has come out on top in a number of speed tests, including our own, carried out at TechnoBuffalo's office in Irvine, California.
