Apple has released a colorful new ad focusing on the iPhone XR. Titled “Color Flood,” it is both a play on the colorful variants the phone comes in as well as its Liquid Retina display.
Playing to the background of Cosmo Sheldrake’s “Come Along,” the ad shows a myriad of different people running around in specific colored jumpsuits. Red, yellow, white, blue, green purple, you name the color and it’s featured in the video.
Apple even dropped in some interesting Easter eggs. The van that delivers the group of people in the purple jumpsuits has the license place “I-XR0941,” which is a nod to the iPhone XR and the 9:41 a.m. time Apple uses for all of its stock images. It’s a tradition that dates back to the announcement of the original iPhone.
At the end of the ad, the tagline “Make room for color” splashes across the screen before cutting to the iPhone XR. Apple has always had a knack for making fantastic videos for its products and this one is no different.
