It sucks that Apple is keeping its 16GB iPhone around. With 4K video and Live Photos, your device is probably going to fill up faster than ever. As a consolation, however, Apple has tweaked iCloud pricing to be a little more competitive with services such as Google Drive and Dropbox. Going forward, iCloud storage will be as follows: 50GB at $0.99/month; 200GB at $2.99/month; and 1TB at $9.99/month. Apple’s iCloud pricing has previously been pretty outrageous, so it’s nice to see the company come to its senses somewhat. The company didn’t say how existing iCloud plans will be upgraded and whatnot, but you can expect that information to be revealed soon.
