Remember how the Swiss Federal Railway was upset with Apple for using its iconic clock on the iPad without asking? And then how it said it didn't even want money from Apple, but just some sort of agreement? Well, now the two firms have officially entered into an agreement under which Apple is licensing the famous and trademarked clock design. "For the use of the SBB station clock on devices like iPad and iPhone, the Swiss Federal Railways SBB and Apple have agreed and signed a licensing agreement," the railway said in a press release recently. "The parties have agreed to give the amount of the license fee as well as other details about the Convention any further information." So, it sounds like there's a bit of money changing hands, as expected.

Well, case closed. At least this wasn't drawn out forever. Remember Proview?
