One week after releasing iOS 10 beta 5, Apple has rolled out another update for developers. Is the final version around the corner? Given the frequency of updates, it would seem Apple is ready to unleash the much-anticipated iOS 10 upon the world.

In addition to iOS 10 beta 6, Apple has also rolled out the next public beta, which is available for non-developers as iOS 10 public beta 5. It’s unclear if there are any new features in the latest versions, but it’s very likely Apple is focusing on squashing bugs and enhancing the software before a consumer version is ready to go.

We’re expecting Apple to hold an event in early September, where the company will unveil the iPhone 7 in addition to a possible release date for iOS 10. Apple’s next mobile software introduces several new iMessage features, a redesigned lock screen, Home app for HomeKit, and more.
