Movies can be rented starting at $1.99 with viewing available almost immediately, and book titles can be purchased just as you might through the traditional Google Books interface or on your shiny new iriver Story HD reader. Movies can also be purchased for viewing when you don't have an Internet connection, and once purchased those book titles will be available on all of your devices. The update also adds a new "Editors Choice" and "Staff Picks" section so you can quickly navigate to the good stuff.

The Market update is automatic and is expected to slowly roll out to supported phones (Android 2.2 and higher) over the next few weeks, so be on the lookout for it to become available for you.

Do any of you already have access to the new Android Market? What do you think?
