Maybe Google was planning to announce Android 4.3 Jelly Bean yesterday but hit a last minute snag. We're guessing that only because the Bluetooth SIG recently published a press release that says Android will support Bluetooth Smart Ready and Bluetooth Smart in the coming months. The Verge noticed that the Bluetooth SIG has a page that says "the newest version of Android OS natively supports Bluetooth Smart Ready Technology," although Google did not reveal the latest version yesterday.

That suggests that Android 4.3 will be published soon, although just how soon is still unknown. Bluetooth SIG also added that support will be available in the "coming months" so perhaps Google is waiting to see what Apple has in store during WWDC when it presents iOS 7 before launching Android 4.3. Or, perhaps, it's much simpler than that and the company is just finalizing the software before it sends it out to the public.

In either case, it's clear that Android 4.3 is indeed coming soon.
