Motorola already released Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for the DROID RAZR HD and the RAZR MAXX HD, but now the company is releasing a gift to early adopters of the DROID RAZR and the DROID RAZR MAXX. Both phones are now receiving Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, which is chock full of goodies.

So what kind of goodies can you expect? Android Jelly Bean offers Google Now and Google Search, the former of which allows you to quickly see the weather, sports scores and more all from a clean card-based interface. Google Search is comparable to Siri and allows you to speak your search — so you can ask "How tall is the Empire State Building?" and the software will return the correct result. Jelly Bean also vastly improves the performance of Android.

The update is rolling out over the air, Phandroid said, which means you can install it directly from your phone. Just head over to the software settings and check for an update. As always, we suggest backing up beforehand just in case you run into any unforeseen problems.
