Amazon announced this morning that it has struck a deal for more video content from NBCUniversal.
The number of hours of free television episodes available to Amazon Prime members via the Instand Video service got a major boost today. Thanks to an expanded agreement with NBCUniversal, prior seasons of shows such as Parks and Recreation and Parenthood are coming to the service along with complete series such as Friday Night Lights, Heroes and critical and fan darling, Battlestar Galactica.
A quick check shows the episodes are already popping up on the site, so if you were looking for something to do this weekend, it looks like there will be more than enough there to keep you entertained.
