CES day 1 isn't even over yet but I think I have enough content to highlight some of the best things I've seen so far. There were a bunch of press conferences where we learned about big TVs, super high-end appliances from LG, AT&T's connected cities and more.
We probably won't really be able to see all of that cool stuff up close until the CES show floor technically opens tomorrow. So here's a quick look at what we saw already today.
1. This crazy robot
SoftBank has a crazy robot in the press room that's pretty hilarious. When you call its name, Pepper, she turns and looks at you. She has a personality of her own and, while we're not really sure what she's for, she's been keeping us entertained here in the press room. Apparently she can recognize emotions, too. I wonder if she can tell I'm tired.
2. Fitbit Blaze
Fitbit has a new wearable at CES 2016. It's called the Fitbit Blaze and it's supposed to be a fitness band first, but also double as a smartwatch receiving notifications from your smartphone. I'm not sure it'll succeed in doing the latter very well, but it seems like a pretty solid wearable with plenty of sensors and even recommended workouts that it can help guide you through.
3. Gold Nexus 6P
Huawei announced that it's now offering the Nexus 6P in gold in the United States. We finally got to check it out, and we're really digging it. If you're in the market for a Nexus 6P, this is probably the color you should go with.
4. Samsung Notebook 9
Samsung's Notebook 9 is a full-powered Core i7 notebook that will ship in 13.3-inch and 15-inch models. It's insanely, insanely light — even lighter than the Apple MacBook, which only has a Core M processor. I don't know what this is going to cost when it hits the market, but it's definitely going to be one of the more attractive Windows 10 notebooks and is easily the top thing I've seen so far.
5. Samsung Galaxy TabPro S
Samsung also has a new Windows 10 tablet that's going to launch soon. It's called the Galaxy TabPro S and it's kind of like a Surface Pro 4 with a slightly lower-powered processor. It'll ship with Core M on board, which seemed like enough power to keep things fluid during our brief time with the tablet, but also includes its own keyboard, which is nice considering Microsoft doesn't bundle its keyboard. I'm really looking forward to this launching.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra's Space Zoom camera is amazing and a bit creepy
The Galaxy S20 Ultra supports up to 100X zoom, which Samsung calls Space Zoom, but is it any good? Can a phone really product usable photos at 100x zoom? We've got our Galaxy S20 Ultra already so join us to find out!
