Spider-Man has made it a habit of appearing in a new costume in every MCU movie he appears in. Lucky for us, we get to see some pretty incredible Spidey suits come to life like the Iron Spider in Avengers: Infinity War, and we almost got even crazier suits in the movie, according to early concept art.
A Twitter user posted pictures of an art book that showcases early concept art for Spider-Man’s suit in Avengers: Infinity War. Among the suits included in the art book are the classic red and blue suit he wore in Spider-Man: Homecoming and more understated versions of the Iron Spider suit. One of the photos even has a picture of Spider-Man battling Thanos’ monster creatures while Doctor Strange is tied up similarly to how Ebony Maw tied him down in the New York scene.
But the suit that caught our eye the most was the black and gold suit we’ve never seen before. Most of the suit is black while the center spider insignia and some parts of the fists are gold. From our perspective, it doesn’t look like it’s the symbiote suit, but instead just another crazy concoction Tony Stark cooked up.

The black suit looks truly awesome and it’s something that would have been epic to see in action if it had been incorporated into the movie. And we may end up getting that wish yet. Spider-Man is rumored to be wearing an all-black suit in Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Additionally, the concept art also shows off another suit that the web slinger is going to wear in Spider-Man: Far From Home. It’s the red and black suit that has already been confirmed by Spider-Man himself, Tom Holland. As far as Spider-Man suits is concerned, more is always better.
