Many of these devices aren’t launching until October, so you have a few weeks to save up. Many of Amazon’s new products are simply updated versions of what we’ve seen before, but there’s no denying that the new Echo Show looks fantastic compared to the previous version.
Echo Dot (3rd Gen)
Amazon’s most affordable Echo device now features a beautiful new design. Meanwhile, the speakers are now 70-percent louder than the previous version, meaning the perfect kitchen companion just got better. $49
Echo Plus (2nd Gen)
With a built-in Zigbee hub and revamped premium speakers, the Echo Plus is the most advanced Echo smart speaker yet. $149
Echo Show (2nd Gen)
Featuring a vibrant 10-inch display and the ability to watch live TV and Hulu, the second generation Echo Show is what the original should have been from the start. $229
The Echo Auto uses eight microphones to hear users even on noisy roads. The gadget can do it all: play music, integrate with Audible, give directions, and even turn off the lights in your home. $24 introductory price; $49 when it launches
Amazon is now getting into home appliances. The company’s new microwave features Alexa support, a child lock, 10 power levels, and an “auto popcorn replenishment” feature. $59
Amazon Smart Plug
Amazon is launching its own smart plug. The company’s new outlet will work with your Echo devices to let you turn them on and off remotely. $25
