AR Emoji are finally getting creative following what was a rather slow start. When the Galaxy S9 was released, you were stuck with avatars that only mimicked your own appearance. Samsung then announced a partnership with The Walt Disney Company to bring popular characters over to the Galaxy S9 in emoji form.

The arrival of Disney characters made AR Emoji was exciting, and now the partnership is giving us more to enjoy. Disney is adding characters from The Incredibles to the lineup on Samsung’s Galaxy S9.

From The Incredibles, you’re able to choose between six characters as your avatar. They include Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, Jack-Jack, and Frozone.

Just open the Camera app on the Galaxy S9, select AR Emoji mode, and tap the plus icon. Then you can download the new AR Emoji pack from Samsung’s Galaxy Apps Store.

The existing AR Emoji created by Disney represent classic characters like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.

Disney’s timing for new AR Emoji is spot-on. These characters are being added all at once because it will release The Incredibles 2 on June 15, more than ten years after the original premiered. Leading up to its premiere and even weeks later, expect The Incredibles 2 to be promoted everywhere.
