Here’s our best look at the Millennium Falcon from Solo: A Star Wars Story

Like Luke’s lightsaber and the Death Star, the Millennium Falcon has become synonymous with Star Wars, a fan-favorite that continues to be an important part of the franchise. When Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25, we’ll learn more about this ship, including how Han Solo won it from Lando Calrissian.

One thing we’ve noticed in the trailers for the upcoming film is how pristine the ship looks. The version of the Falcon we see in A New Hope is laughably decrepit and messy, perfectly suiting Han’s carefree personality. But, as this new video from Lucasfilm shows, it wasn’t always that way.

The video shows Donald Glover, who plays the younger Lando, give an MTV Cribs-style tour of the ship, giving us a good look at the bar, master bedroom and, best of all, the cockpit. It’s the perfect bachelor pad that doubles as a great vehicle for smuggling.

It’s unclear what kind of changes the Falcon will go through during Solo, but we’re seriously digging the cleaner look. And we love the walk-in cape armoire.

“The ship has probably never looked better than when Lando had it,” Glover says in the video.
