This blatant iPhone X knockoff is just $159

You can purchase the iPhone X for $999. Or, if you want to save a few hundred dollars, why not get a vastly inferior knockoff for just $159?

This week, Chinese company Oukitel introduced the U18, an Android device that shamelessly copies the iPhone X, right on down to the notch. There are so many great Android devices to mimic, but Oukitel saw fit to draw inspiration from Apple’s most popular flagship.

U18 users get a device with a 5.85-inch HD display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, Android 7.0, a dual-camera setup, and a 4,000mAh battery. In addition to copying the iPhone X’s notch, the U18 features facial recognition and support for navigation gestures.

You can see a video of the U18 in action up above. Clearly, Oukitel has no shame in copying Apple, but the U18 looks more like a sad knockoff than something worth spending money on. You’re better off buying an affordable device from Motorola.
