iPads are used for any number of things. They are great business devices, fantastic for streaming media and provide plenty of room for playing games. Magic tricks are not at the top of that list. At least that’s what we thought until we saw the iPad magician Simon Pierro doing impressive magic tricks with the tablet.

Simon Pierro calls himself the iPad magician and has been making various videos showing off tricks on an iPad for years now. His latest video is his most impressive feat to date. While doing a magic show, he brought out his trusty iPad and used it as his left arm.

The iPad displayed a glove, which Pierro was able to control and interact with. He started by putting on the virtual glove floated in the center of the iPad. Once the glove was set, he held various objects including a red handkerchief, red balls and playing cards that he magically grasped from the iPad’s pixels and entertained his audience.

Pierro concluded his set by taking his hand out of the glove on the display, and then proceeds to grab the virtual glove and pull it out of the display.

The entire set is something to behold and required a lot of tinkering to create the illusion on Pierro’s part.¬†You can see Pierro’s complete set in the video above.
