Apple on Monday released the third beta for iOS 11.2, which introduces Apple Pay Cash, among other new features. The beta is currently rolling out to developers as an over-the-air update.
The update to iOS 11.2 will bring a host of bug fixes and enhancements, along with support for Apple’s much anticipated peer-to-peer payment service. The software also fixes a weird bug in the Calculator app that would display incorrect information when entering numbers in quick succession.
MacRumors also says the software will fix a frustrating autocorrect bug once and for all. However, Apple recently introduced a small software update addressing this problem, so that issue might already be squashed.
If anything else of significance appears, we’ll be sure to let you know. As of now, it doesn’t appear iOS 11.2 will introduce Message for iCloud—a feature that was delayed beyond iOS 11’s initial launch in September.
