Apple announced the latest version of its Apple Watch software, watchOS 4, will be arriving September 19 to all users as an over-the-air update.

The update adds better activity tracking, upgraded heart rate tracking and a bunch of new watch faces like the Toy Story options announced earlier in WWDC.

Apple took great pride in announcing the new heart rate tracking feature that will let you know when you have an elevated heart rate or when you don’t appear to be active. This pairs nicely with its Apple Heart Study that will be done in conjunction with Stanford to detect heart arrhythmias.

The update will roll out to the Apple Watch Series 1 and Series 2,  and will come with the new Apple Watch Series 3 out of the box. You can download the update September 19.
