It looks as though Apple will announce on Tuesday that the phones are the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.
Do note that this is not a 100 percent confirmation of the names we will see on stage on Tuesday. Apple could have changed its mind at any point during the manufacturing process and this could be old code lingering in the system.
Through out this rumor cycle the iPhone X has also been referred to as the iPhone 8 and iPhone Edition, while the 8 and 8 Plus have also been known as the 7s and 7s Plus. Case makes have been bouncing between names, but with this appearing in what appears to be actual code, the 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X seem to be what we will see come Tuesday, Sept. 12.
Stay tuned as more information is sure to appear from the firmware as developers continue to dig through it.
