As we get closer to the iPhone 8 announcement, Apple continues to tweak and enhance iOS 11. The company on Wednesday released the tenth beta of its upcoming software, just one week after it began rolling out iOS beta 9. We’re still not up to the Golden Master, however, so work still needs to be done.
If you’re a registered developer, you can download iOS 11 beta 10 now, with a new public beta likely to follow. I wouldn’t anticipate many big changes to be found in the latest beta release, but users should notice an uptick in quality and performance.
When iOS 11 is released, it’ll feature a customizable Control Center, support for augmented reality, a revamped lock screen, peer-to-peer Apple Pay payments, and more. Meanwhile, iPad users will enjoy a sleek new dock, improved multitasking, and a Files app.
