Samsung could be bringing its Infinity Display to even more smartphones

Samsung is bringing its stunning edge-to-edge Infinity Display, which debuted on board the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus earlier this year, to its mid-range Galaxy A (2018) series of smartphones, according to Twitter tipster @mmddj_china.

That’s all the solid information we have, but that doesn’t mean we can’t indulge in some harmless speculation. We can’t, for example, envisage Samsung adopting the same QHD resolution as the Galaxy S8 for the Galaxy A (2018) range.

One thing’s—almost—for certain, though: the refreshed variants of the Galaxy A3 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017) will all feature upgraded internals, including a more responsive processor, a larger battery and possibly even a dual-camera.
