According to sources speaking with Dow Jones, the iPhone 8 event has been locked down for Tuesday, September 12.

Dow Jones is reporting that the Apple event which will see the iPhone 8 amongst other devices unveiled, will take place on Sept. 12. The big question right now is where exactly it will happen. According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple is hoping to hold the event in the 1,000-seat Steve Jobs Theater on its new campus, but construction may cause a change of venue or possibly the timing of the event.

Besides the iPhone 8 – should that be its final name – Apple is also expected to unveil the iPhone 7S, iPhone 7S Plus, a new Apple TV with 4K capabilities, Apple Watch 3 and announce the release dates for iOS 11, macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4 and tvOS 11. In other words, it is going to a jam packed event with more news than you can shake a stick at.

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the official announcement as well as an onslaught of leaks leading up to the event.
