watchOS 4 beta 7 now rolling out

Apple has released the seventh beta of the upcoming watchOS 4 update, which is set to introduce a trio of new watch faces, an enhanced Workout application with compatibility for High Intensity Interval Training and support for Apple Pay Cash.

The latest build of the watchOS 4 beta firmware bundles support for a selection of new full-screen celebration effects for Activity achievements, as well as several much-needed bug fixes, stability improvements and speed optimizations.

If your Apple Watch is running the required configuration profile from the Apple Developer Center, you can grab the update by opening up the Apple Watch application on your iPhone, tapping General, then selecting Software Update.
