Bixby Voice launches in a ton of major markets

Samsung has today launched the English build of Bixby Voice in more than 200 countries and territories around the world, including Australia, Canada, South Africa and the United Kingdom.

The platform, which debuted in South Korea back in August, is capable of recognizing cross-application commands, so you can complete any task you would with your finger using your voice.

If you record a video, for example, you can instruct Bixby to send it to a friend using Facebook Messenger, WeChat, WhatsApp or any other messaging application—without touching the screen.

Bixby Voice is only available on four devices

It’s worth noting, however, that Bixby Voice is currently only compatible with the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8 Active, Galaxy S8 Plus and the yet-to-be-announced Galaxy Note 8 (more on that tomorrow we hope).
