Two weeks ago, the first press image of the Moto X4 leaked hinting at the long-awaited return of Motorola’s X series. Today, new leaked images of the X4 show close ups of the front and back, confirming the design we’ve been expecting.
The images come from Slash Gear that show off the X4 in the Sterling Blue color option. This finish give its glass panels a very shiny tone. Every detail shown off in the original press image is confirmed in this new batch of images.
Motorola’s latest device will feature a fingerprint scanner on the front, dual camera on the back and an overall design that brings its bigger brother—the Moto X2 Force—to mind. Unfortunately, the X4 won’t support Moto Mods.
Other details of the phone we know are mostly specs. The device is said to pack a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 635 processor, 3GB of RAM and 3,000mAh battery. Slash Gear is reporting the X4 could cost as little as $400 in the U.S. That would be a very competitive price. It’s specs aren’t top of the line, but given the price point, which undercuts other phones like the OnePlus 5 ($479), it may be worth considering as your next midrange smartphone.
Given the uptick in leaks of the Moto X4, it’s arrival should be coming very soon.
