Apple is entering crunch time with iOS 11 and with it is accelerated updates. The latest being beta 7, just a week after beta 6 was released. The update is an over-the-air update to all users with a developer preview.
Among the major iOS 11 updates is a revamped control center, slight UI tweaking, and ARkit integration. Apple has been busy eliminating bugs and stabilizing its latest iPhone software update ever since the initial public beta went live in June.
The major changes with beta 7 are quite minor. The Apple Music icon in Control Center now looks difference when no music is playing. A bug that stalled updates from beta 5 to beta 6 indefinitely was also addressed.
For the past two weeks, Apple has been pushing out the updates to its public beta users a day after the initial developer updates comes through. If the pattern continues, the public beta (6) update will start rolling out tomorrow morning.
