Razer on Tuesday took the wraps off its latest gaming mouse—the Razer Atheris. The Atheris’ purpose is simple: to be the best all-around portable mouse with the best battery life through a lag-free experience, and it certainly seems it is.

Razer claims the Atheris packs the “world’s longest lasting battery life” for a wireless notebook mouse. It offers 350 hours of continuous use with single pair of AA batteries. The mouse will connect to your notebook or desktop via Bluetooth or through an external dongle that can be stored within the mouse.

On top of boasting crazy battery life, Razer also included its Adaptive Frequency Technology (AFT) for the most reliable connection and a 7200 optical sensor for blazing accuracy. The AFT can only be enabled by using the dongle.

A descendant of the Lancehead, the Atheris features a sleek design the signature stealthy Razer black aesthetic. At the center of its ambidextrous ergonomic form factor is a scroll wheel right above a button and there are forward and back buttons on the left right where your thumb fits comfortably. It will work for both left and right-handed users.

The Atheris will retail for $49.99 and is now available for purchase through Razer’s site.
