Galaxy Note 8 camera details outlined in new report

The Galaxy Note 8 will feature a dual-camera that’s made up of a regular 12MP sensor and a 13MP telephoto one, according to ETNews, squashing rumors claiming that the handset will feature two 12MP lenses.

This revelation matches up to a prediction made by KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo back in July, who also believes that the dual-camera will sport a two-times optical zoom, complete with optical image stabilization.

In addition, Kuo expects the Galaxy Note 8 to ship with a 6.3-inch edge-to-edge Infinity Display, an Exynos 8895/Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM and at least a 3,300mAh non-removable battery.

Fortunately, we don’t have to wait too much longer to find out exactly what Samsung has up its sleeve as it’s scheduled to take the wraps off the Galaxy Note 8 at a dedicated event in New York City on Wednesday, August 23.
