Super Meat Boy splatting onto the Nintendo Switch soon

Speaking of indie games I’m totally down for double-dipping on the Nintendo Switch, here is Super Meat Boy. This early indie-platformer is still a wonder of the modern world, and it is bringing its sick sense of humor to Nintendo’s platform in the near future.

However, it stopped short of confirming a release date. In due time, I suppose.

Super Meat Boy was released on the Xbox 360 back in 2010 before making its way to the PC a month later. It gained notoriety for its difficulty, but it also scored fans after being the subject of the popular documentary Indie Game: The Movie. It eventually came to the PlayStation 3 and Wii U, but the Switch is the ideal home for it thanks to the portable HD screen.

Definitely picking this one up.
