Now that we’re a ways off from its release, Ubisoft has done the console game world a favor and created a demo for Ghost Recon Wildlands.
PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners can hop into the online shooter for five hours. You can do anything you want in the game with that time, so don’t expect to be stuck to a single tutorial path before the timer runs out.
This does require a PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold membership, however, so those without the premium subscriptions can’t join the trial fun.
If you try the five-hour demo and actually enjoy it, I have good news: your progress will carry over into the full game.
Ghost Recon Wildlands is not a perfect adventure. This open world experience arrives with some bugs and jankiness; however, it’s especially fun in a setting with friends. If you have some friends on Xbox One or PlayStation and some free time to spare, give it a shot. It’s five hours of free gaming, so there’s hardly anything to complain about.
Anyone really recommend Ghost Recon Wildlands?
