Forza Motorsport 7 has the biggest car list of any Forza game yet with over 700 cars. As we head toward the game’s fall release, developer Turn 10 is starting to reveal the list of cars we can look forward to seeing in the game. Last week’s reveal included a ton of high-end cars, including Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, and the newly-returning Porsche. This week, the team is revealing a bunch of the vintage cars they have in the game. The list of vintage cars is bigger than ever before, with more pre-war cars and pre-1960 cars than ever before.
Did Volkswagen’s absence BUG you?
Among the list are classics like the 1953 Chevrolet Corvette and pre-war racecars like the 1939 Mercedes-Benz W154 and 1939 Auto Union Type D. Also worth calling out is the bubbly 1967 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. Licensing issues kept the German manufacturer out of Forza Horizon 3, but they’re back for Forza Motorsport 7.
All this means that not only will we be able to enjoy the supercars of Forza like before, but that we’ll be able to spend more time exploring the history of motorsports than we ever have. There are a ton of not just classic cars in Forza Motorsport, but legendary racetracks, too.
Forza Motorsport 7 releases this fall on October 3 and will be one of the first games to feature 4K, 60fps gameplay when the Xbox One X releases on November 7.
