Note 8 render makes appearance on official Samsung account

Did Samsung just give us our first real look at the Galaxy Note 8? That’s what people seem to think after Samsung’s official Exynos account tweeted about its Exynos 9 chip, which Samsung included in its Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.

The image was shared on Thursday, appearing to show off a device with a display that contains very minimal bezels—even more minimal than the Galaxy S8’s Infinity Display.

If the device portrayed in the render is based on what Samsung has planned for the Note 8, the Korean company may do the impossible and improve upon the S8’s already gorgeous design.

Of course, the render could be nothing more than fantasy, something a Samsung employee whipped up to make the image look more enticing. After all, it doesn’t line up with the supposed Note 8 parts we saw last month.

Regardless, the image has grabbed the attention of a lot of people and is further hyping up the Note 8, which could be announced as early as August.

According to reports, the Note 8 is expected to feature a design similar to the Galaxy S8, improved S-Pen compatibility, a dual-camera setup, Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, and a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Unfortunately, all of this tech will reportedly result in a device that’s upwards of $1,000, according to a previous report.

Make sure to check out Samsung’s image below along with TechnoBuffalo’s own speculative renders.
