Motorola has started sending out invitations to an event it’s holding on July 25 in New York City.

What exactly the firm’s planning to showcase at the gathering remains unknown, but it’s reassuring potential attendees that it’s something they’re not going to want to miss.

If we had to hazard a guess, we’d say Motorola is gearing up to take the wraps off the Moto Z2, which has been the subject of a slew of leaks over the course of the past few months.

Android Authority is reporting that the Moto Z2 will feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 835 processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

Motorola has already launched the Moto Z2 Play

Earlier this year, Motorola announced the Moto Z2 Play, a more affordable model of the upcoming Moto Z2 that packs a 5.5-inch Full HD screen, a Snapdragon 626 CPU and a maximum of 4GB of RAM.
