Google Inbox receives a much-requested update

Google’s started distributing a much-requested upgrade for its Inbox application on the Play Store, bringing you the facility to “undo an action taken inside a notification.”

But what exactly does that mean? Well, if you accidentally archive or delete an email from the notification panel, you can instantly reverse the action without having to open Inbox.

The upgrade should arrive by the end of the week

According to Big G, the upgrade is making the rounds in stages, so if it’s not showing up for you just yet, sit tight; it should arrive by the end of the week.

Strangely, there’s no word on whether the update will make its way to iOS. We’re guessing it will, though users may need to show a little bit of patience.
