Bad news: YouTube is down for a number of users all over the world.

According to Down Detector, the disruption began at around 9:05 AM (EDT) in Canada and the United States, and has since spread to some regions in Australia, Asia and Europe.

It’s looking like it’s a pretty major outage; some users can’t even load the web page, while others can but are unable to stream a video or sign into their account.

UPDATE: It appears the site is back worldwide.
