There’s no denying that the build quality of OnePlus’ devices are second-to-none, but it’s a shame the same can’t be said about its customer care skills. However, it would appear that the firm has been putting a lot of effort into improving its aftersales service ahead of the release of its upcoming flagship smartphone of 2017, the OnePlus 5.
On Monday, OnePlus took to its official YouTube channel to share a short video highlighting the many ways it has improved its customer support service, which ranges from increasing the number of staff it employ to setting up speedy repair centers in Europe and the United States.

On the subject of the OnePlus 5, a recent leak points towards the handset being announced on Tuesday, June 20. It’s expected to pack a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 835 CPU 6GB of RAM, a dual-camera and a 3,300mAh battery. It should also ship running a modified build of Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
