Galaxy S8 in blue headed for the U.S.

When the Note 7 was released last year, it came in a shiny blue that looked phenomenal in person. Now, it looks like that same color (or one a lot like it) is headed to the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus in the U.S.

According to Evan Blass, the shimmering color is headed stateside, though we don’t know when. With Blass seemingly in possession of official press renders, chances are its debut is imminent. That begs the question: Where can consumers buy it?

We’re hoping the Galaxy S8 in blue isn’t a carrier or retail store exclusive. As we run around looking for information about the blue S8, we at least have an image to pine over.

It’s always disappointing when companies don’t release its full color lineup at launch. Still, for those who haven’t yet purchased the Galaxy S8, now might be a good time to do so.

We don’t expect the S8 in blue to come with an inflated price or different specs just because of its lovely paint job. You can currently purchase the Galaxy S8 in black, gray, and silver.
