The PlayStation Store is throwing yet another flash sale this week that is dedicated all to Capcom and its extensive library. Many of the publisher’s favorites are up for sale for up to 70 percent off, but if you’re a bit of an old soul like myself, you can pick up all of your classic favorites as well.
On the PlayStation 4, gamers should never pass up and attempt to play Resident Evil 4 just because it’s one of the greatest action games of all time. If you’ve bought the game at least three or four times over the years, like myself, then you can turn to something a bit more modern like Resident Evil 7 or something a bit old, like The Disney Afternoon Collection.
Capcom doesn’t have too many modern games on the PlayStation 4, but it’s retro selection is so strong, it doesn’t exactly need it.
Capcom is just a retro machine
Speaking of which, it’s the PlayStation 3 that has the best games of the sale. Resident Evil 4 is complimented by the likes of Okami HD, Devil May Cry HD Collection, Street Fighter III Third Strike, Bionic Commando ReArmed, all of its arcade cabinets, and, of course, the PSOne Classics Mega Man Legends, The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, and Breath of Fire IV. All so good!
On the PSP and PS Vita, you can snag two very worthy titles as well, including the long-awaited Breath of Fire III PSP release and Power Stone Collection, the fighting game that makes any gloomy day so much sunnier.
