A couple of hands-on images surfaced online over the weekend allegedly showcasing the refurbished Galaxy Note 7, which will reportedly be known as the Galaxy Note FE when it hits the shelves.
While the pictures don’t highlight any drastic design changes, they do reveal something pretty interesting: the Galaxy Note FE has a big “R” on the back to indicate that it’s a refurbished unit.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to verify the authenticity of the images, so we’re going to have to take them with a pinch of salt. That said, branding the Galaxy Note FE is certainly an effective way of assuring people (especially flight attendants) it’s safe.
Galaxy Note FE is rumored to have the same internals as its predecessor
With regards to internals, the Galaxy Note FE is rumored to have the same 5.7-inch display, Exynos 8890 CPU, 4GB of RAM and 12MP rear-facing camera as its predecessor, though it should pack a smaller 3,200mAh battery.
