YouTube TV now supports AirPlay

Google has updated its YouTube TV application for iOS with compatibility for AirPlay, so you can sit back, relax and binge watch your favourite shows on the big screen — providing you have an Apple TV rigged up, of course.

For those unaware, YouTube TV is Google’s recently-launched live TV service. For just $35 per month, it gives you access to live and recorded content from CBS, ESPN, Fox, FX, NBC and a slew of other major cable channels.

YouTube TV is only available in a limited number of cities

If you want to give YouTube TV a try, you can register for a one-month free trial. We should probably point out, however, that the service is only available in a limited number of cities, including Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City and Philadelphia.
