Gear S3 Classic LTE is heading to AT&T sooner than you think

AT&T has confirmed to SamMobile that it will launch the LTE variant of the Gear S3 Classic in the United States on Friday, May 26. The device will carry a price tag of $349.99, which can be slashed down to $249.99 on a 24-month contract. It will also be available on the operator’s 20-month Installment Plan for $17.50 per month.

“The Gear S3 Classic LTE raises the bar for connected smartwatch design,” said Alanna Cotton, vice president of marketing at Samsung Electronics America. “Adding LTE connectivity to the Gear S3 Classic gives users the ability to stay connected on the go, even when they leave their phone behind.”

The Gear S3 Classic LTE is identical to the Gear S3 Classic

Aside from the new-found support for 4G, the Gear S3 Classic LTE is identical to the regular Gear S3 Classic, meaning it packs the same 1.3-inch circular display, Exynos 7270 CPU, navigational bezel, built-in speaker, GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer and 380mAh battery.
