Azure Striker Gunvolt developers to reveal two new Nintendo games at BitSummit 2017

If there is any doubt that Inti Creates is the number one developer of classic 2D action games at the moment, then hopefully this coming BitSummit 2017 convention will put those thoughts to rest. The studio has confirmed that it will be revealing two more games at the indie show, adding to its ever increasing repertoire of old-school action.

In the English-speaking world, we have been treated to its excellent action games Azure Striker Gunvolt, Azure Striker Gunvolt 2, Mega Man 9 and 10, Blaster Master Zero, and the entire Mega Man Zero collection.

The studio had also chipped in help Kickstarter projects, doing much of the grunt work for games like Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, Mighty No. 9, and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

Inti Creates works in both classic and original franchises

As far as its properties go, Inti Creates has worked with both classic franchises and its own original IP. My hope is that we see one of each, meaning we get a possible Gunvolt sequel or yet another new face to associate with the studio and we get another classic revival similar to Blaster Master Zero and Mega Man 9.

A new Mr. Gimmick anyone?
