Good news for LG G6 owners: You can now stream content from Netflix in HDR.

To get started, you’ll need to hold an active subscription to the Netflix Premium plan, then head over to the Play Store to grab the latest version (5.0.1) of the application. That’s really all there is to it.

While the LG G6 is currently the only smartphone on the market to support HDR streaming through Netflix, it’s expected to make its way to the upcoming Galaxy S8 Active. Well, that’s what a User Agent String on the firm’s website has led us to believe.

More on the Galaxy S8 Active

Aside from compatibility Dolby Vision, which is required for HDR playback, the Galaxy S8 Active is rumored to sport a 5.8-inch display, an Exynos 8895/Snapdragon 835 processor, a 12MP rear-facing camera and a 3,000mAh battery.
